It explains the difference between these types of company and the formation documents, membership, capital and officers that each requires.

All incorporated companies must disclose certain information to Companies House for the public record and to the people they deal with. The booklet tells you:

When changes in the company's circumstances and particulars must be notified to Companies House where you must display the company name and what information must appear on company stationery
