UK Regional Trade in Goods estimates are released for the second quarter 2010 by HMRC
The latest figures show UK and regional totals for exports and imports. Regional variations are shown. Within England, the South East had the largest total value of exports of £40,407m for the 12 months ending June 2010. The North East had the smallest total value of exports of £10,639m.
The total value of UK imports for the 12 months ending June 2010 was £328,341m, an increase of £8,282m (2.6 per cent) compared to the 12 months ending June 2009.
