The Ultimate Way

Richard and Jeremy have worked in the industry since the mid 80′s, first working together in 1990. In 1995 they formed, Bibby Factors (Bristol) Ltd followed in 2002 by Ultimate Finance Group PLC. During the early years they learned what clients liked and disliked, and brought all the positives into the model for Ultimate.
When they launched Ultimate, they had very clear ideas about the way their new Group should be run, about the attitudes and principles they wanted to instil in their team, and how clients and their customers should be treated. Instead of some meaningless Mission Statement they produced a set of simple clear principles that defined exactly how everyone in the business was expected to perform their role, and how the company should serve its clients. They have created a business that is now widely recognised for the flexibility of its funding arrangements, for its excellent customer service, for its lack of red tape and for its reliability, transparency, accessibility and professionalism.
The fact that all members of the team so eagerly follow these principles is not just proof that the management leads by example, but that an environment has been created whereby the staff enjoy what they do; happy staff are productive and efficient. Unlike most other invoice finance businesses, Ultimate is a public company quoted on the London stock exchange. The majority of staff have shares and the company has to conform to the highest standards of corporate governance.
