File Tax Returns Online for £150 Payment

Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is reminding 1.7
million small employers to send their
2006-07 PAYE End of Year returns online to
receive a £150 tax-free payment.
Open 24 hours day, seven days a week, online
filing provides employers with the quickest
and easiest way of filing a return.
Employers who file online are also able to
benefit from practical help, as HMRC's
internet PAYE service includes an error
alert tool that checks all returns to ensure
they are correct.
Don MacArthur, Programme Director of HMRC's
Employer Programme, said: "Filing online is
the fastest and simplest way to submit your
return, and smaller employers who do so can
receive a £150 tax-free payment.
"We are accepting online returns now, so
don't wait for the 19 May deadline, send it
as soon as it's ready."
