The most spectacular business failure in e-commerce, Boo.com, is returning to the e-marketplace as a f ashion community web site, but not as a retailer. Boo.com will try to build a community of fashion with chat rooms, surveys, message boards and polls. The site will also link to 250 items on fashion retailers web sites (changing regularly) as away of earning revenue.
