Small businesse s understand the many potential benefits of running a blog, yet only 3% are actually planning to start one. Despite being a cheap and simple way of improving your business communications and attracting more customers, the vast majority of SME’s seem happy to ignore them.

In a survey by Fasthosts, almost half of those questioned said that they would use a blog to drive website traffic, with the aim of increasing customers; despite only a tiny number actually intending to do so.
