In our last newsletter our article on: “SOLE TRADER OR LIMITED COMPANY?” stirred a response from one reader who said, ” Your article re Limited Comp anies states that a limited company must have 2 directors. This is incorrect. A limited company may have 1 director but must have a secretary who may or may not be a director.”
