Chancellor George Osborne addresses Institute of Directors – TUPE
It has been reported that the Chancellor George Osborne hopes to reform TUPE – Transfer of Undertakings Protection Employment Regulations employment law which has had a significant impact on the media and marketing businesses in the UK.
He said that employment law may be holding back job creation and growth committed to by Government.
TUPE affects employment liability of personnel who are part of account wins and losses in agencies.
